CONCRETE, EVENT-BASED NATAL ASTROLOGY: A HANDS-ON TRAINING INTENSIVE
Knowing how to read a natal chart well is the most essential skill you can have as a professional astrologer. Join Mychal A. Bryan for a weekend chart reading intensive in which he will teach his signature method of reading a birth chart from start to finish. You will learn how to:
- Accurately describe the personality of the client without talking about their “Sun, Moon, and Rising.”
- Skillfully speak about the people within their lives including siblings, parents, children, and lovers.
- Easily interpret how various planetary combinations within the birth chart create real and concrete events within the lives of people.
- Give a “blind chart reading” where you describe accurate events with the lives of people without having any background information about them at all.
Mychal will also be sharing his specific approach to using “hidden aspects” such as antiscia/contra-antiscia, parallels/contra-parallels, and octiles within his natal practice. This will be an exciting weekend of hands-on astrological training that you will not want to miss.
Read Mastering Traditional Astrology: A Depth of Beginning in the Celestial Art with specific emphasis on Chapters 2, 6-10, 17, 18, and 21.
Mychal A. Bryan is a Bahamian-Jamaican astrologer, journalist, author, and clinical hypnotherapist, specializing in hypnotic dreamwork. In May 2023, he published Mastering Traditional Astrology: A Depth of Beginning in the Celestial Art. He is the founder of Oraculos School of Astrology (OSA), where he offers a rigorous training program in concrete, event-based astrology. He practices Renaissance and Uranian Astrology in his client work, focusing largely on predictive and medical astrology research. Within his healing practice, Mychal is also a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher (CIYT) and Jikiden Reiki teacher. After successful registration, you will receive a receipt.
About a week before the event, online attendees will be provided with the link to access to event.
You will need a computer, tablet or smartphone and an internet connection if attending via Zoom. The classroom will have plugs and internet available if you want it.

To enable a more fluid start to the event, please register beforehand whether you are planning to attend online or in person.

There are also pay stations available and an option to use the PayByPhone app if you prefer to pay the hourly rate on-site ($1/hr).
In-Person Lunch Option
For in-person attendees, we offer an option for catered lunch in the room for $15. This will enable us to sit together and enjoy conversation while also being available to start on time for the online participants.
If you will be attending in person and would like to add a lunch, please also add this to your cart before checking out.
If you would like to participate in lunch, but have an allergy we should be aware of, please let us know. The catering company would be happy to work with us to make sure the event is a success for everyone.
NOTE: Lunch orders must be finalized on Tuesday, March 12. Please help us meet your needs by registering by Monday, March 11 if you wish to order the catered lunch.
If you are registering later than that, and you see that lunch is still available, please go ahead and order it. We order extra lunch and may have some available. We’ll confirm availability after the order is received.
In-Person Coffee Option
For in-person attendees, we will be ordering coffee to be delivered with lunch. If you do not want to order lunch, but do want to order coffee, we offer an option for coffee in the room for $3. If you are interested, please also add this to your cart before checking out.
